Goalie Network may reference organizations, governing bodies, or recruiting events, including organizations such as USA Field Hockey and events such as the Shooting Star Thanksgiving Showcase.

3. No Recruiting Representation

Goalie Network is an independent educational platform and is not a sports agency, recruiting service, talent representation firm, or college placement service.

Goalie Network does not:

• Represent athletes to college programs
• Contact coaches on behalf of athletes
• Guarantee communication with college programs
• Act as an intermediary in the recruiting process

Recruiting decisions are made solely by college coaches, athletic departments, and admissions offices.

4. No Guarantee of Recruitment

Goalie Network provides educational guidance and recruiting strategy resources for student-athletes and families.

We do not guarantee:

• Recruitment by any college or  university
• Athletic or academic scholarship offers
• Roster placement
• Official or unofficial visit  invitations
• Admission to any institution

Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Athletic performance and  development
• Academic record
• Team roster needs
• Graduation year recruiting  numbers
• Institutional admissions standards
• Financial aid availability
• NCAA and conference regulations

Use of our materials, templates, strategies, or event information does not guarantee evaluation, communication, or recruitment by any program.

5. Third-Party Camps, Clinics, and Events

Goalie Network may provide information about camps, clinics, showcases, and recruiting events operated by third-party organizations.

These events are independent organizations and are not owned, managed, or controlled by Goalie Network unless explicitly stated.

Goalie Network is not responsible for:

• Event operations, safety, or  organization
• Schedule changes or cancellations
• Financial transactions with event  organizers
• Injuries, losses, or damages  occurring at events

Participants are responsible for evaluating and selecting recruiting events at their own discretion.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website, its materials, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

By using this website, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
